When you book a session or submit a contact form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, address (for mobile sessions), and relevant health information provided in your intake form. We also collect basic analytics data about site visits.

Your data is used to: manage your bookings, send confirmation and reminder emails, provide treatment safely (health information), and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data retention
Booking and health records are retained for 7 years in line with professional guidance. You may request deletion of your contact/marketing data at any time.
